Just Relax Lesson

We will go straight into the practice of relaxation. We use yoga and pilates inspired moves, stretching and breathing exercises, but also progressive relaxation techniques and imaginary travel as part of our meditation.

Training can be held onsite or at one of my studio locations.

3 hour session
Workshop Training

3 hour workshop training Relaxercise including .pdf/online version including theory of the workshop to review.  

I will explain the fundamentals of stress in theory and we practice a variety of mind/body techniques about relaxation. We use yoga and pilates inspired moves, stretching and breathing exercises, but also progressive relaxation techniques and imaginary travel as part of our meditation.
